Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College are providing Microsoft Office 365 to every student free of charge. This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more available for online use to best prepare you for class. As long as you are a student and the program continues, you will be able to use this software for free.
To access your Office 365 account, go to the SJECCD SECURE LOGIN site at
https://sso.sjeccd.edu. If you have never logged in, select the button on the bottom right, “Unlock/Reset Password” to setup your account and select a password. After you have logged in, you will see an icon for accessing EVC/SJCC Office 365.

Participants who are unable to install or update Zoom can join a meeting or webinar using the Zoom web client on their desktop web browser.
