Trying to access Self-Service, but seeing a SAML Error?
First, clear your browser's cache:
In Chrome, go to the three dots in the top right corner, select History, then select Clear browsing data and ensure all options are selected.
 In Firefox, click on the hamburger (3 horizontal lines), select History, then Clear Recent History and check that the History, Cookies, and Cache boxes are all selected.
After that, close and reopen the browser, then go to sso.sjeccd.edu, log in with your credentials, and click on the Self-Service icon.
