Scheduled Systems Maintenance on 6/11 starting 6:30 am

We would like to inform you that on Saturday June 11, 2022 PST from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM, there will be a scheduled maintenance for our IT systems.

Why are we doing this?
We will be using this time to migrate our IT infrastructure to a new firewall and also replace our vpn provider as the vendor no longer is supporting our current system. To ensure uptime and stability of our system, we are performing this upgrade on a weekend so that we can ensure a smooth transition during the work week.

What systems will be impacted?
During this maintenance window, most enterprise applications will not be available. This includes applications such as Colleague and Self-Service and those that are accessed from our Single Sign On portal- Canvas. College and District websites will also not be available for a few hours that morning.
