Single Sign-On (SSO) is a process in which your username and password give you access to multiple SJECCD services without requiring you to re-enter your credentials each time you access a new service.  Usually, you will receive a username and /or password for your student email account once you are accepted too San Jose Evergreen Community College District.  Check with your Admissions & Records Office for more information on how your username and password information is generated once you are admitted.

For further assistance, contact the ITSS Help Desk online at https://services.sjeccd.edu/tdclient/home/ or at 408-270-6411.

If you do not have a student email account, then login to https://sso.sjeccd.edu and select Self Service. Under the User Options select Request 0365 Account.

1. Open the browser and navigate to: https://sso.sjeccd.edu

  • SJCC Students: MyWebID@stu.sjcc.edu (e.g., bepr4843@stu.sjcc.edu)

8. Create a new password and confirm it. Please remember that SJECCD passwords must be a minimum of 10 characters long.

9. Once you see the checkmark, your new password will be active and you can exit the browser.

10. This is an example of what you might see. Click on any icon to connect its respective application.

11. Always remember to sign-out properly; click on your name in the top right corner and select Logout. Wait for the browser to return a message that logout was successful, then close the browser (whenever possible) to further ensure your session has ended.
