Resolving eLumen Login Errors via Myapps

If you encounter an error when logging into eLumen (as shown in the screenshot below), follow these steps for a quick resolution:

  1. Sign Out of Myapps:
    • Click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the Myapps portal.
    • Select "Sign Out."
  2. Log Back In (Perform MFA):
    • Log back into the Myapps portal. You will be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) again.
  3. Wait Before Clicking eLumen:
    • Once you're successfully logged back into the portal, wait a second or two before clicking on the eLumen icon. This brief pause (though optional, it's recommended) often allows the connection to fully re-establish.

You should now be able to access eLumen without issues.
