This article will address how to give Zoom access for TA, Interpreter, Captioner and NoteTaker roles in Canvas. The SJECCD Zoom tool is treating these roles as instructor and it requires a Zoom pro account which they will not have. Since many of them are either student workers or contractors, they don’t have AD account nor Zoom account; therefore they can’t use the tool link within Canvas to access zoom meetings.
