Having Trouble Logging In?

There are two ways to resolve login issues:

  1. Reset Your Password: If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the MyApps (SSO) site:

  2. Submit a Service Request: For other login problems, submit a service request within TDX:

    • Click "Create Request" on the right side of the page.
    • Follow the prompts to submit your request, clearly detailing the issue you're experiencing.
