What is TeamDynamix Mobile?
TeamDynamix Mobile allows you to manage your service management tasks directly from your phone or tablet, even when you're away from your desk. (see image below)
What can you do with it?
- View and update tickets
- Manage assets and configuration items
- Access people and location information
Getting Started:
- Download the App: Search for "TeamDynamix Mobile" on the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Using your computer, sign in to TeamDynamix
- Open the Downloads application in TeamDynamix and select TeamDynamix Mobile.
4. Register the App: Use the mobile device's camera to scan the Register the Mobile App QR Code. The Mobile App will open and automatically register to this TeamDynamix environment.
5. Sign In: Launch the TeamDynamix Mobile app and sign in using your MyApps portal credentials.
