If the LockDown Browser Dashboard will open for some courses, but not others. It may be caused by one of the following:
Open browser and navigate to: https://support.respondus.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409595505947-LockDown-Browser-Dashboard-will-not-open
Note: A STOP sign is usually caused by a special character in the course title, or one of its quizzes. Our LTI tool cannot support them. When checking for these, be sure to use multiple browsers. Firefox tends to display them more successfully than Chrome-based browsers.
