How to Get Office 365 and Install on My Devices

District, Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College are providing Microsoft Office 365 to every student or staff free of charge. This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more available for online use to best prepare you for class.

• Install on up to 5 compatible PCs and Macs, plus 5 tablets (including iPad)

• Use with OneDrive for automatic device syncing

To get your Office 365 follow these steps: 

PC and Mac

1. Go to office.com, click Sign in tab.

2. SJECCD Secure Login pageIn the Username field, enter your email address and password.

3. From the Office home page select Install Office. Select Office 365 apps to begin the installation.

Iphone/Ipad and Android

To setup Office apps and email on a mobile device, click here: Set up Office apps and email

Or download the apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) from the Apple Store or Google Play app store.
