Student Support
There are many ways students can get assistance. Aside from a practice quiz, you may recommend faculty use the syllabus template. This is located in the Getting Started tab inside of the LockDown Browser Dashboard. The template can be copied, pasted, and modified to reflect the exam expectations by the instructor. This template includes what to do for assistance if they encounter a problem. There is a place to also include your campus requirements/policies for student assistance. Faculty Support
There are many ways for faculty to get support. First, they can find resources inside of the LockDown Browser Dashboard including video tutorials, templates, guides, and much more. In fact, faculty can schedule a call with a Respondus Trainer should they have a question. They can also submit a ticket if they need technical support: https://web.respondus.com/support/.
