Please use this form when developing a new idea for a project or resource that will require district ITSS support. This will enable ITSS team to become involved early in the idea-stage to discuss available resources and options to ensure compatibility with district/college systems/resources and alignment with district/college technology plans.

What to Expect
After you submit a request, a campus VP will review it and contact you. After your idea has been thoroughly vetted with all stakeholders, the project proposal will move to the next phase as a formal request for District ITSS support.
Requirements
To submit a technology project request, you will need to provide the following information:
- Project name
- Sponsor name
- Description and objectives
- Scope, Milestones and Deliverable
- Requested dates
