COMPUTER Power ON computer (press power button on front of computer) Monitor should power ON with computer, if not press power button (front of monitor)*
Log onto the student network Log on Name: evcfaculty Password: presentation Log on to: evcstu
DATA PROJECTOR (projects computer image or videotape image) Power on Projector Note: Green lamp will flash while projector is warming up & steady green when ready Select Input: Data 1 = Computer Video = Video Player
VIDEO PLAYER Power ON player (newer models will automatically power on when tape is inserted) Insert tape & play Turn on data projector (use remote for data projector) Set input on data projector to “VIDEO” for signal
SHUT DOWN When finished, power off ALL equipment Data projector should show a red standby indicator light when powered down Note: The POWER indicator will turn red and the cooling fan will run for 90 seconds, then the power will turn off, and the projector will return to STANDBY mode
