  • ITSS Help Desk Portal - IT service requests and knowledge base for all students and employees. If needed, go to the ITSS Help Desk Portal to request VPN access for use on a college/district computer, Azure Virtual Desktop (if college/district computer not available), or assistance with any of the resources on this page.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud - Includes Acrobat Pro, Adobe Scan, Adobe Sign, Photoshop, and much more.
  • Azure Desktop as a Service - Online cloud computer to access district resources. This service is available for employees without access to a district/college computer (if needed).
  • Canvas - Online learning management system for students and faculty to access online courses.
  • Canvas Student - Free mobile application for students to access courses in Canvas.
  • CROA - Data Warehouse Business Intelligence (requires district/college computer and VPN).
  • Ellucian Go - Free mobile application to access course schedules, maps, and college information.
  • Microsoft Office 365 - For email and sharing documents (OneDrive), collaborating (SharePoint, Teams, OneNote), and more. You may install Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 smartphones. Office 365 Outlook access for SJECCD, SJCC, and, EVC
  • Mitel Connect - Soft phone on a computer (requires district/college computer and VPN).  Request through the ITSS Help Desk.
  • Mitel Mobility - An app that is downloaded to your mobile device iOS user guide and Android user guide.  Request through the ITSS Help Desk.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - This is a guide for setting up Multi-Factor Authentication on the SJECCD Secure Login portal. 
  • Remote Desktop - Employee access to office computer by request (requires district/college computer and VPN).
  • Self Service - Access student and employee resources for class registration and business functions.
  • SJECCD Secure Login - Single sign-on page for authenticated applications and password reset.
  • SJECCD SharePoint Sites - SP Sites for district/college committees and workgroups. 
  • SJECCD Zoom - Free Zoom Pro account from CCC Confer for conferencing, messaging, and content sharing with colleagues and students.   To initiate an account, simply log in at https://sso.sjeccd.edu. Check out these zoom tutorials and tips for home video calls
  • Sophos Antivirus - Sophos home version available at no cost from Sophos website.

  • Requires district/college owned computer with encrypted hard drive and compliance with information security and data privacy.
  • VPN access is required for accessing Colleague WebUI, Mitel Connect, Network Shared Drives, CROA, Remote Desktop, or Printing from offsite.
