Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to use one username and password to access multiple SJECCD services without needing to log in again each time. You will typically receive a username and/or password for your student email account after being accepted to the San Jose Evergreen Community College District. For more details on how your username and password are created, please contact your Admissions & Records Office.

For further help, reach out to the ITSS Help Desk online at https://services.sjeccd.edu/tdclient/home/ or call 408-270-6411.

9. Once you see the checkmark, your new password is active, and you can close the browser.

10. This is an example of what you might see. Click on any icon to connect to its application.

11. Always remember to sign out properly; click on your name in the top right corner and select Logout. Wait for the message confirming that logout was successful, then close the browser to ensure your session has ended.
