VERIFY YOUR USER INFORMATION TO SETUP MULTI FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA) METHODS AND SELF-SERVICE PASSWORD RECOVERY
IMPORTANT: Follow these steps to verify if your cell phone number is correct in the SSO portal.
Or setup alternate methods for MFA: SMS, Call or Microsoft Authenticator.
For self-service password reset only: You may enter your personal email ID that can help you to recover/reset your password.
Setup Security Info
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://sso.sjeccd.edu
- Locate the Office 365 icon on the dashboard and click it.
- From the Security info page, you can add, remove, and change any verification method that you would like. You can also specify a different default verification method that you’ll be prompted with. Under Security Info, select the +SIGN-IN METHOD hyperlink.
PHONE METHOD
- From the Add a method window, choose Phone and click Add.
- Select whether you prefer a text message or a phone call for your verification code and click Next.
- Enter the code you receive and click Next.
- Review the verification message, and then select Done.
- Congratulations! Your phone is now added as a verification method. of the page.
