Zoom Freeze or Blackout Glitch

Some instructors have reported experiencing Zoom freezing or their Zoom window blacking out.

This issue appears to be related to a recent Zoom update which has been fixed in a newer update.  If you experience this issue please update your Zoom Desktop client to the latest version.

Check for Zoom Update

If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Zoom Desktop client (zoom.us/downloads).
