How to Reset or Transfer Microsoft Authenticator

If you got a new phone or lost access:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click “Can’t access your authenticator?”
  3. Verify your identity
  4. Download Microsoft Authenticator on your new phone
  5. Scan the QR code to reconnect your account

If you can’t get in, ask IT help desk to reset your MFA.
