Access to Campus Request Form - TESTING DO NOT USE.

The Campus Check-in Form must be completed each day upon arriving to work on-campus. When you submit this form, the following information will also be provided: Login name, email address, date, time. This form will also log the date and time that it is submitted.

Canvas External Applications Integration

Overview: Canvas supports external application which allows third party tools to be easily integrated and used within Canvas. The external application either extends Canvas functionality or add new feature to Canvas, and can be added to all courses at district, college or department level. Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) integration is a way to connect an external application with Canvas in a secure and standard manner.

Classroom & Computer Lab

Request support for technology related issues in a classroom or computer lab: AV (audio-visual), Computer, LCD Monitor, Projector, Projector Screen, Audio (sound), AV Controls, DVD Player, Document Camera, Printer, and Scanner.

Classroom, Computer Lab and Technology hardware loaned during COVID19 Shelter-in-place (Students)

Used for students to report IT issues associated with classrooms, computer labs located at the three campuses: EVC, SJCC and Milpitas Extension and technology hardware loaned from the respective campuses during shelter-in-place (COVID19).

Custodial - for SJCC Campus only

Custodial Request for SJCC Campus only.
Custodial maintains and oversees cleaning and preparation for SJCC classrooms, offices, buildings, and restrooms.
