If you have problems with the equipment, a good first step is to switch between the 'Computer' and 'HDMI' input sources. Wait 5 to 10 seconds on each input to let the system recognize and adjust.
Also, make sure the computer’s audio output is set to Extron HDMI. Check that both the computer and any media applications (like YouTube) are not muted. See the image below for a visual guide to these settings.
