Installing Office 2024 via Company Portal

This guide walks users through the process of installing Office 2024 on a Windows device using the Company Portal app.

📝 Note: If you have an older version of Microsoft Office installed (such as Office 2016 or Office 2019), it must be uninstalled before you can install Office 2024 through the Company Portal.

1. Open Company Portal

  • Click Start, search Company Portal, and open it.

    • If not available then, from Start, open the Microsoft Store.

    • Search for Company Portal and click Install.

  • Sign in with your credentials.


2. Find Office 2024

  • Select Apps in the left menu.

  • Use the search or browse until you find Office 2024.


3. Install Office 2024

  • Click Office 2024 to open its detail panel.

  • Click the Install button.

  • The status will change to Installing… and then Installed.
     

4. Verify the Installation

  • Go to Downloads & updates from the left navigation.

  • Confirm that Office 2024 is listed with Installed status.

  • Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.) to ensure functionality.
