Key points about managing quarantined emails as an end-user:

  • Access the portal: Go to the Microsoft Defender portal at https://security.microsoft.com
     
  •  Navigate to quarantine: Once in the portal, on the left-hand side scroll down to the “Email & collaboration section”; click on "Review" and then click on "Quarantine". 




     
  • Review messages: View details of quarantined emails, including why they were quarantined. 


  • Take action: Choose to release a legitimate email back to your inbox, or delete a spam email permanently.
