Connect your WI-FI Device to the Verizon Hotspot

A mobile WiFi hotspot (e.g. Sprint, Verizon) is a pocket sized mobile router, which you can take with you setup an Internet connection.  With the signal that the hotspot creates, you can connect your smart phone, tablet and laptop to the Internet.

Please follow the Verizon Mobile Hotspot directions below:  

  1. Insert the battery.
    Note Prior to using the device, ensure the battery is fully charged.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release, 'MiFi' then appears on the display.
    Note Activation is performed automatically and may take several minutes to complete.

3. From the Welcome Tutorial screen, swipe left to navigate through the tutorial then tap the Home icon (upper-right) when finished.

4. Establish a Wi-Fi network connection between the Jetpack and a device.
Note The Wi-Fi name and password is obtained via the external LED of the Jetpack.

5. Launch a web browser.

6. If you are unable to access the Internet, check wireless coverage at the Verizon website: Verizon Wireless Coverage
